  • Average Unit Prices:
    • Updated Average Unit Price data for 2020 Spec Year (including 1/1/2024 through 4/20/2026).
  • Estimator's Worksheet:
    • Added validation to ensure that no more than 80 characters can be added for a Supplemental Description (previously additional characters would be truncated on save).
  • Export:
    • Fixed a bug exporting to a Road Conductor Job file if any estimated prices were 3 digits in precision.
  • Pay Item Codes:
    • Added right-click option to the Pay Item Codes grid to copy the current row to clipboard.
    • Updated the 2020 Pay Item Codes list (as of 4/13/2026).
  • Reports:

  • General:
    • NOTE: Windows 10 is no longer supported by Microsoft. This version will NOT install on Windows 10. Windows 11 or newer is required.
    • SQL 2014 is no longer supported. MERL will no longer allow login to a SQL 2014 database. DO NOT UPDATE to this version if your SQL Instance is 2014 or older.
    • Added support for SQL Server 2025.
    • Program updates and Lookup updates now use Microsoft Azure cloud services.
