This training will get users started working with the Michigan Engineers’ Resource Library (MERL) and learn how to create estimates with MERL Project Estimator. Topics include creating and editing project estimates. You only need to attend one of the Introduction to MERL sessions.

This training will teach attendees how to use the MERL Bid Utility tool to complete the following task: creating project bids, entering bids, electronic bid submission, bid reporting and analysis, and managing vendor.

Get started with using the MERL Local Job Manager. Topics of this training include daily postings, pay estimates, contract modifications, and reporting.
