Schedule Reminders for Online Backup

Once a MERL backup has been stored online, notification reminders can be set by administrators and power users. A notification message will appear in the top right corner of MERL each time the program is opened until an online backup has been completed. Click on the link to open the online backup window, or select the icon to close the message.

The default notification is set to 30 days. If reminders are not desirable, the reminder can be set to zero (0) and backup notifications will not be received.

Setting a MERL Online Backup Reminder

From the main menu, select Tools

Select MERL Online Backups

Select the Set Reminder (currently XX days) button (button will display the currently set number of days)

Enter the desired number of days

Select the OK button
