MERL Cloud Data Management

MERL has a Cloud Data Management tools that allow agencies to manage the cloud data in the agency cloud storage container. Refer to the Request, Enter, and View Cloud Key for more information on setting up MERL cloud storage.

Manage Cloud Storage from MERL

Select the Tools option from the Main Menu Options.

Select the Cloud Management option.

Select the Cloud File Storage Cleanup… option.

Select the desired tab.

Select the Local Job Contracts tab to view a list of data files that have been submitted to cloud storage from desktop, but not retrieved by mobile.

Select the MERL Mobile Postings tab to view a list data files that have been submitted to cloud storage from mobile, but not retrieved by desktop.

Select the Online Backup Files tab to view a list backup files stored from MERL desktop to cloud storage.

Select a file to delete.

Select the Delete Selected Files button.

Select the OK button to confirm delete.
