Electronic Bid Submission

Electronic bid submission creates a blank bid sheet as a .CSV file, which can be opened and edited in Microsoft Excel. The electronic bid submission tool allows the bid project owner to share the blank bid sheet with contractors, who can enter bid prices using Microsoft Excel. The bid sheets can then be imported back into MERL for analysis.

While the bid sheet can be edited in Microsoft Excel, the files must be saved in the .CSV format. If a file is saved in Excel format, it cannot be imported back into MERL.
