MERL 4.0 has the following minimum system requirements:
  • IBM PC or compatible
  • Windows 2000 or XP
  • 128MB RAM
  • 50 MB of free hard drive space
  • Optional: For more than 5 users, MS SQL Server 2000 is recommended.
MERL 4.0 is free of charge to any Michigan Local Agency and their consultants.
